Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other external circumstances may be outside our control. Because apparently getting a small package from Point A to Point B occasionally requires a heroic journey.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Zentek is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
